- Dr. Julio Baviera Sabater, graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Valencia and is a specialist in ophthalmology. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of refractive laser surgery and has published the first manual on refractive laser surgery in Spain. He is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
- Mr. Eduardo Baviera Sabater, Managing Director - General Manager. Graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia. He joined the Clínica Baviera Group in 1994. From 1991 to 1994, he worked at Pricewaterhouse. From 1997 to 2000, he was a lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa (Institute of Business).
- Dr. Fernando Llovet Osuna, sole representative of Inversiones Dario 3, BV., graduated with a degree in Medicine from the University of Valencia and is a specialist in ophthalmology. He has more than 20 years of experience in the filed of refractive laser surgery and is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He is a member of the editorial committee of the First Advance Program of the Theory and Practice of refractive surgery.
- Mr. Pablo Díaz de Rábago Mazón, sole representative of Conet Capital, S.L. Director. Graduated with a degree in Business and Law from the University Pontificia de Comillas. He has a Masters degree in law from the University of Harvard and has a Doctorate in Economics (unanimous cum laudem) from the Complutense University of Madrid. He joined the Clínica Baviera Group as a director in 2003.
- Mr. Ricardo Moreno Warleta, MBA (Cum Laude) from the Instituto de Empresa (Institute of Business) (1988) and Civil Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (1986). He is currently the General Manager for Corporate Development at Codere, S.A. He is also a non-executive member and director of investment fund management at Abraxa Financial Solutions and Associate Professor of Finance at the Instituto de Empresa (Institute of Business). Mr. Moreno was the Co-Managing Director of capital risk fund management at Apax Partners Spain, S.A. Manager of Kleinwort Benson Ltd., where he is in charge of the financial institutions sector in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

Member of the Board of Directors of ACS Servicios y Concesiones S.A., OCIBAR S.A. and Antevenio S.A. Member of the Investment Committee of Artá Capital SGECR S.A. Previously worked in M&A advisory in Spain and Portugal in Goldman Sachs International (London) and ABN AMRO Corporate Finance (Madrid), where it reached the position of Assistant Director (VP).
- Mr. Pablo Serratosa Luján, Bachelor in Economics and Business from the University of Valencia. MBA from Babson College (Wesley, USA). He is currently president of Grupo Zriser, family holding. He is also vicepresident of Siliken, S.A., independent Board Member of Carrefour S.A. and Board Member of different companies participated by Grupo Zriser. Previously, he was Board Member and General Manager of Grupo Nefinsa S.A., financial holding, , Vicepresident of Air Nostrum L.A.M., S.A. and Board Member of Grupo uralita, S.A. and Coleba S.A. among others.
