- Dr. Julio Baviera Sabater, 52 years of age, graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Valencia and is a specialist in ophthalmology. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of refractive laser surgery and has published the first manual on refractive laser surgery in Spain. He is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
- Mr. Eduardo Baviera Sabater, 39 years of age, Managing Director - General Manager. Graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia. He joined the Clínica Baviera Group in 1994. From 1991 to 1994, he worked at Pricewaterhouse. From 1997 to 2000, he was a lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa (Institute of Business).
- Dr. Fernando Llovet Osuna, 49 years of age, sole representative of Inversiones Dario 3, BV., graduated with a degree in Medicine from the University of Valencia and is a specialist in ophthalmology. He has more than 20 years of experience in the filed of refractive laser surgery and is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He is a member of the editorial committee of the First Advance Program of the Theory and Practice of refractive surgery.
- Mr. Pablo Díaz de Rábago Mazón, 41 years of age, sole representative of Conet Capital, S.L. Director. Graduated with a degree in Business and Law from the University Pontificia de Comillas. He has a Masters degree in law from the University of Harvard and has a Doctorate in Economics (unanimous cum laudem) from the Complutense University of Madrid. He joined the Clínica Baviera Group as a director in 2003.
- Mr. José Carlos Morón de Miguel, 58 years of age, graduated in Economics and Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid and has a Masters in Financial Products and Services from Manchester Business School. A professional with more than thirty years of experience in different sectors of the Economy, as well as at the World Bank (Corporate and Private), at industrial companies (manager of investments and budgetary control in the chemical and construction sectors) and in the insurance sector (Corporate Director). At present, he is a senior independent economic and financial consultant, providing professional services for different business groups.
- Mr. Ricardo Moreno Warleta, 44 years of age, MBA (Cum Laude) from the Instituto de Empresa (Institute of Business) (1988) and Civil Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (1986). He is currently the General Manager for Corporate Development at Codere, S.A. He is also a non-executive member and director of investment fund management at Abraxa Financial Solutions and Associate Professor of Finance at the Instituto de Empresa (Institute of Business). Mr. Moreno was the Co-Managing Director of capital risk fund management at Apax Partners Spain, S.A. Manager of Kleinwort Benson Ltd., where he is in charge of the financial institutions sector in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
